You'll get a unique QR code for your event's seating chart, and then we can create your signage with this on it. The best part? The QR code never changes, so you can make unlimited updates to your guest list and seating arrangements right up to the day of your event and we won't need to make any changes to the sign.

Guests simply scan the QR code to instantly find their seat. Plus, the platform includes bonus features like shared photo albums, menu uploads and floor plans.

We can even create one beautiful entry sign that doubles as both your welcome sign and seating display. We’re excited to hear your ideas for displaying the QR code at your venue and are open to trying out whatever you think would work best based on your venue, including small acrylic signs for bar tables, get in touch if you have any ideas.

Available in two sizes based on width (all will be 2m long):

• Small (70cm wide - to fit within a smaller stand or garment rack)
• Medium (90cm wide - the perfect size for most areas and larger stands)

INCLUDED: Fabric sign with custom labels heat pressed on to it in your chosen finish, size, design and colour. Ribbons for hanging can be added on when ordering. Any holes for the ribbon or other hanging method must be made by the customer after receiving the sign. Paid plans with Please Find Your Seat are not included in the price of the sign and must be organised directly through them using our discount link above.

REQUIRE A STAND FOR YOUR SIGN?

You can add on a stand for hire from our friends at Eternity Events which can only be picked up from Merrylands or Girraween NOT our listed pickup locations. Your fabric sign can also picked up from this location at the same time. PLEASE check stand availability with us before adding it to your order.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS PRODUCT:

• A mock up of your design will be sent to you for confirmation before we create your sign. Two design revisions will be included before an additional fee will be charged for any further rounds of revisions.
• All signs will be provided with 2 metres of length to allow for some draping, or you can choose to add on an extra half metre if needed.
  
• We recommend steaming or ironing your sign before or on the day of your event, avoid getting heat near any text when doing so, or use baking paper between the sign and iron/steamer if going over text.
• Please give us as much notice as possible to create your sign. The QR code for your event will not change so you can order the sign well in advance.
• This product is available for shipping (price calculated at checkout), or you can pick up from our Hills District/Western Sydney locations. Local delivery is available in most post codes across the Hills District, this option will appear at the checkout if applicable. Free delivery available in Marsden Park.
