Fabric Seating Chart

Welcome your guests in style with a custom fabric seating chart!

Choose from our standard white or natural calico fabric or upgrade to a satin fabric in a colour of your choice! Select a design from our range or work with us to create something new. 

Available in various sizes depending on number of guests (all will be 2m in length).

• Small (70cm wide - to fit within a smaller stand or garment rack)
  • Ideal for 80 guests and under.
• Medium (90cm wide - the perfect size for most areas and larger stands)
  • Ideal for 80-150 guests.
• Large (1m wide)
  • Ideal for 150-250 guests.
• Extra Large (1.5m wide)
  • Ideal for 250+ guests.

INCLUDED: Fabric seating chart with custom text heat pressed on to it in your chosen finish, size, design and colour. Ribbons for hanging can be added on when ordering, any holes for the ribbon or other hanging method must be made by the customer after receiving the sign.

REQUIRE A STAND FOR YOUR SIGN?

You can add on a stand for hire from our friends at Eternity Events but please note this can only be picked up from Merrylands or Girraween NOT our listed pickup locations. Your fabric sign can also picked up from this location at the same time. 

PLEASE check stand availability with us before adding it to your order.

THE PROCESS:

1. ORDER your sign.
2. Receive confirmation via email as well as a TEMPLATE to fill out with your guest names and table numbers.
3. Send us the final copy via email NO LATER THAN 2 WEEKS prior to your event. 
4. You will receive a FINAL DRAFT for approval before we start your sign.
5. Once the final draft has been approved NO CHANGES can be made.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS PRODUCT:

• All signs will be provided with 2 metres of length to allow for some draping, or you can choose to add on an extra 0.5m if needed.
• We can do larger width signs upon request, please message us before ordering.
• We recommend steaming or ironing your sign before or on the day of your event so it looks perfect. Please be careful to avoid getting heat on any text areas when doing so.
• Please give us as much notice as possible (at least two weeks) to create your sign.
• This product is available for shipping (price calculated at checkout), or you can pick up from our Hills District/Western Sydney locations. Local delivery is available in most post codes across the Hills District, this option will appear at the checkout if applicable. Free delivery available in Marsden Park.
